Appointments and enquiries
Submitting an enquiry form or calling the practice allows us to contact you about your enquiry. It does not confirm an appointment. An appointment is confirmed only when our team has agreed a date and time with you.
Please let us know as early as possible if you need to change or cancel an appointment. If you must cancel, we ask for reasonable notice so the time can be offered to another patient.
Treatment, costs and payment
Any treatment costs, payment arrangements and treatment plans are confirmed with you in person at your consultation. Information on this website does not form a quote or an offer of treatment. Please refer to the payment options page for how estimates and payment arrangements are discussed.
